I had 26 claw attacks and i went offline, you restart the server, And you're a magician; They're gone.
You say you don't refund, Yet its your bug. With all due respect, how is that even remotely logical, i honestly don't know, I know its just 500m, And i know its not a big deal, But it gets on my mind that you can't take responsibility for something you haven't fixed since i joined over a month ago.
You either fix this bug and then have no refunds on rollbacks when people mess up during a server maintenance/restart, Or take responsibility and refund people who did absolutely nothing to deserve this.

I'm actually appalled by how the Staff approaches situations. You say you have an ABSOLUTE rule that you won't REFUND ANY BODY, because it's "UNFAIR". Well guess what, you're completely defying the own rule that YOU as a Staff team decided to put down. I've seen people be refunded for things related to this stupid bug, I've lost things but I don't really care about what I've lost on my behalf, I'm more importantly disgusted by the way you state something yet defy it.
Some dude accidentally got 250 gold sacks, instead of 25? And I'm not gonna suddenly assume that he got to keep that 250 because perhaps it was changed, but a certain GM who I'll leave anonymous, came out saying "Don't tell any one or I'll have to take them back from you" Aren't you suppose to take it back any way? because it was a total faulty? But that isn't even my point, my point is...
Do not state to everyone you won't refund when IN FACT you are refunding people, what you are doing IS unfair. You should be refunding people because it isn't the players fault, It's YOUR fault as leaders of the Server, it's YOUR responsibility to fix things that are bugged/broken.
I've been here since you guys were v62, and I know who you all are. Sort your damn shit out if you want this Server to last. Everybody has been tolerating all these ups and downs you've been giving everyone, Hell most people couldn't handle it and just quit, I've tolerated it until now and now only because I've sat here thinking "Oh It's okay, they'll sort it..they're busy with things, y'nno all that bullshit" When actually you're putting your time and effort into things that aren't that big of a priority right now.
Biggest priority point outs are definitely: Class Rebalance Fixing bugs
That's just my two cents.

If the server got DDOS and got roll backs, that's not something we can handle..we can only try to avoid, or we wait till the DDOS stop doing shit. And for your 250 GS, I have already taken it back ,so case closed for that. And again, We will refund it back if we have the logs for that. Why would I want to see any players got rollbacks ? TBH we will have more stuffs to check because we have more players now..Which is not something we expected. And again ..when server crashed, I tried my best to save all the datas. You wouldnt know how hard it is to save the datas when the VPS was acting like shit. Now we have a better VPS with DDOS protection which cost us alot, but for the players to avoid all these problems, so why not? We hope players will understand WE ARE TRYING OUR BEST to AVOID/FIX all the rollbacks, and ONCE AGAIN, if it's because of DDOS.. then that's not something we can handle it..

What I'm saying is, specify your rule instead of ruling off people who I've known have given evidence yet have been refused refunding because of THAT rule? I'm not going to jump to assumption, but at least specify in it that they CAN be refunded with full evidence. I'm not just pointing out you as an Owner, because being just that is quite a handful, I know + I appreciate everything that you and the Staff do. Sometimes you have to take a bit of CRITICISM, You think I don't see that you guys aren't always going to do everything correctly? Of course you aren't but least you're trying, but it's our job to point out where the server is faulting so that in TIME and REASSURANCE it's going to be dealt with. Videos are good but. Still if we can check the logs ..then that's the best.
