Hi
I'm unable to complete the quest and get the "Sayram's Shield".
I cleared all the jr balrogs in the middle portal of "Sanctuary Entrance IV" on both channels.
The top portal goes no where and the bottom portal brings me back to sleepwood entrance.
Please help.
